Practical Information
Your arrival and departure times

In general the house will be at your disposal from 17.00 hours on the day the rental period starts. The house must be vacated on the last day of the rental period before 10.00. Saturday is the arrival and departure day.
If this regulation cannot be observed, you are requested to contact the owner / representative in advance.
Linen

When you arrive, the beds are made up. There is clean linen at your disposal (towels, pool towels and kitchen linen).
Also there is a washing machine and dryer at your disposal.
Tourist tax

The tourist tax ('tax de séjour') is paid by the owner.
Costs for electricity, gas and water

Generally speaking the prices in peak- and mid-season are inclusive of electricity costs. Off-season the prices are usually exclusive of these costs. Any electricity charges must be paid to the property owner at the end of the rental period. In some cases you also are required to pay for gas and water. Should you have to pay these costs, we will indicate this on your Confirmation of booking. These charges must also be paid on location.
Telephone

The network for mobile phones is available throughout the property.
Use of WIFI is optional, costs 25 euro per booking.
Cleaning

The end cleaning is INCLUSIVE.
It is also possible for you to hire a maid to do some cleaning during your stay. If you wish to hire these extra cleaning services, please arrange this with us even before your arrival at Montauriol.
At your departure the house has to be swept clean and tidy and the washing up has to be done. Also you have to bring your garbage bags to the garbage containers as indicated to you by the owner.
Swimming pool

Using the swimming pool is at your own risk. Children and babies must be supervised at all times as we cannot be held responsible for any accident or injury.
It may also be that in exceptional cases the pool is closed for service or repair. We can not be held responsible for any such inconvenience.

Pets

You may bring a small dog, only after prior agreement with the owners.

More Details
  • The fireplaces can be used. Wood is available and there are no extra charges.
  • It is possible to hire a baby-sitter for the children.
  • There are a CD player and DVDs, toys, books in English and games for all ages.
  • There is information about places of interest available. Also the owner will be glad to give you more information.
Camping

Camping on the premises without the owner's permission is not allowed under any circumstances. Disregarding this rule may lead the owner to obliging you to leave the property. In this instance you can not claim any damages.
Construction

It may be that construction is taking place unexpectedly near your house. We can not in any way foresee such events and can not in any way be held responsible for the ensuing situation.
